Ingredients:
- 2–3 lbs baby back ribs or pork spare ribs
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Method:
- Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs if needed. Mix the brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper, then rub the seasoning all over the ribs.
- Cut the ribs into sections to fit your slow cooker. Place them inside and pour in the Worcestershire sauce and apple cider vinegar.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 7–8 hours or HIGH for 4–5 hours, until the ribs are tender. Brush generously with the BBQ sauce.
- For a caramelized finish, transfer the ribs to a baking sheet and broil for 3–5 minutes, brushing with additional BBQ sauce before serving.
