Ingredients:
- 1 lb hot dogs or beef franks, sliced
- 2 cans (28 oz each) baked beans
- ½ cup ketchup
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and lightly brown the sliced franks for 3–4 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine baked beans, ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, onion, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Stir in the browned franks and half of the crumbled bacon.
- Pour everything into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining bacon over the top.
- Bake uncovered for 30–40 minutes, until hot and bubbly and the sauce has thickened slightly.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Perfect with cornbread! 🌭🫘✨
