Ingredients:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- Β½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- ΒΌ cup granulated sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
- 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling
Method:
- In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9Γ13-inch baking dish to form the crust.
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold the whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture until light and fluffy.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the graham cracker crust.
- Spoon the cherry pie filling over the top and spread it gently into an even layer.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, until completely chilled and set.
