Ingredients:
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- Β½ cup evaporated milk
- Β½ cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 jar (7 oz) marshmallow crème
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1Β½ cups graham crackers, broken into small pieces
- 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
- ΒΌ tsp salt
Method:
- Line an 8Γ8-inch baking pan with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
- In a heavy saucepan, combine the sugar, evaporated milk, butter, and salt. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- Bring the mixture to a full rolling boil and continue boiling for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Remove from the heat and immediately stir in the chocolate chips and marshmallow crème until completely melted and smooth.
- Stir in the vanilla extract, then gently fold in the graham cracker pieces and chopped nuts.
- Quickly pour the fudge into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
- Let it cool at room temperature for 2β3 hours, or refrigerate until firm.
- Lift the fudge out using the parchment paper and cut into squares.
