Ingredients
- 1½ lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-size pieces
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Method
- Pat the steak pieces dry and season with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the steak in a single layer and sear for 2–3 minutes per side, until browned and cooked to your preferred doneness. Work in batches if needed.
- Reduce the heat to medium and add the butter and minced garlic. Stir for about 30–60 seconds, until fragrant.
- Add the Worcestershire sauce and toss the steak bites in the garlic butter until well coated.
- Remove from heat, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve immediately with roasted potatoes, vegetables, or crusty bread.
