🛒 Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, optional
👩🍳 Instructions
- Brown the beef: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and onion. Cook for 6–8 minutes, breaking up the beef, until browned. Drain excess grease if needed.
- Add garlic: Stir in minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Build the sauce: Add beef broth, milk, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Add pasta: Stir in the uncooked macaroni. Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat to medium-low.
- Cook: Cover and simmer for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender and most of the liquid has been absorbed.
- Make it cheesy: Turn off the heat. Stir in butter and shredded cheddar until melted and creamy.
- Serve: Garnish with parsley and extra cheese if desired. Serve hot! 🍔🧀❤️
Tip: For an extra-creamy texture, use freshly shredded cheddar cheese and add a splash of milk before serving if needed.
