Ingredients:
πŸ₯© 1 lb ground beef
πŸ§… 1 medium onion, diced
πŸ§„ 2 cloves garlic, minced
πŸ₯” 4 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks

πŸ… 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
πŸ… 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
πŸ₯£ 1 cup beef broth
πŸ§‚ 1 tsp salt
🌢️ ½ tsp black pepper
🌿 1 tsp dried oregano
🌿 1 tsp dried thyme
πŸ§„ Β½ tsp garlic powder
πŸ«’ 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the ground beef and onion. Cook until the beef is browned and the onion is softened. Drain excess grease if needed.
Add the minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds.
Stir in the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and beef broth.
Add the potatoes and carrots. Season with salt, black pepper, oregano, thyme, and garlic powder.
Bring the stew to a gentle boil, then reduce the heat to low.
Cover and simmer for 35–45 minutes, or until the potatoes and carrots are tender.
Taste and adjust the seasoning. Serve hot with crusty bread or biscuits. 🍞
