- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 large eggs
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ cup raisins
- 4 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

- In a large bowl, whisk together milk, heavy cream, eggs, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.

- Drizzle the melted butter over the top.
- Bake for 45–50 minutes, until golden brown and the center is set but still slightly soft.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
