Ingredients
- 1½ lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-size pieces
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Pat the steak pieces dry with paper towels. Season with salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and smoked paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat.
- Add the steak bites in a single layer. Cook for 2–3 minutes per side, until nicely browned and cooked to your preferred doneness. Work in batches if needed.
- Reduce the heat to medium and add the butter.
- Once melted, add the minced garlic and Worcestershire sauce. Cook for 30–60 seconds, stirring constantly.
- Toss the steak bites in the garlic butter until well coated.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
- Serve immediately with mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, rice, or crusty bread. 🧄🥩🧈
